Botsford Place is a home located on a quiet street in Newmarket, ON. It is a couple of minutes from the downtown area by foot, with access to public transit, stores, restaurants and churches. There is also a public library down the street.

This home is a Home for Special Care (HSC) as well as a lodging home. There are 16 residents that are all male aged between 20 and 70 years.

Botsford Place is designed to help people with mental illness such as, schizophrenia,bi-polar personality disorder, brain injuries,  as well as other mental illnesses. This house also has one single room and four semi-private rooms, as well as a ward. The residents also have their own kitchenette area.

There is 24 hour supervision, and the full time staff actually lives on the premises. The meals are healthy home cooked meals prepared according to the Canada Food Guide. Healthy snacks are also provided for the residents daily.
